So I said last week that I’m going to get one of those Top Webcomic vote buttons. But I don’t like the default one, so I drew my own, and it’s finished. Now I just have to get it in the sidebar, and we’re all set. But now we’re halfway through this week, so I’m going to wait until Monday to add it to the site. It probably won’t make a damn bit of difference, but that’s what I’m doin’.
Also, it just came to my attention that the site doesn’t show %100 correct on Internet Explorer. Curse your incompetency, Microsoft. You’ve been around forever, this shouldn’t be happening.
Nonetheless, the problems are as follows;
1. In the Archive, I put little thumbnails next to each comic description. On IE, those thumbnails have vanished, and so no one on IE could even use the Archive, because those pictures are where I attached the links to the first page of the comics. To fix that, I added links to the comic titles also. So even if you can’t see the picture, you can at least use the archive now.
2. Less of a functional issue, but still damned annoying. For any non-me comment, the commenter picture is the little head-silhouette. Except on IE. You guys get to look at that stupid comicpress smiley face crap. May the gods have mercy on your souls.
Anyway. I’m going to look into how to fix those things and hopefully get them straightened out completely. In the meantime, don’t use IE.
It’s not safe.
